General Information
Ordering Process: To ensure the accuracy of your order, following our conversation about your project, I will send you, in writing, my understanding of how you want your project completed. This communication will include a draft invoice. If adjustments are necessary please let me know. When all details are agreed to and you have authorized an order, I’ll forward a start date for your project.
Payment: When an order is authorized, payment in full will be requested. However, to start I will apply 50% of the invoice amount to your method of payment. When the order is complete to your satisfaction and we have established delivery terms, I will apply the outstanding invoice balance to your method of payment. If you have questions or prefer other terms, please let me know. Once manufacturing begins, project changes and payment terms cannot be adjusted.
Pickup and Delivery: For your convenience if you are within a 25 mile radius of Mooresville, NC we can arrange a pickup and delivery schedules. If you select this option a fuel charge will be added to your invoice.
